Ar-Risala As-Saedia
تناول هذا البحث دراسة كتاب (الرِّسالة السَّعديَّة)، من حيث الأسلوب والمضمون، وهو أحد مؤلَّفات العلَّامة الحِلِّيّ (648-726هـ) الموسوعيَّة المختصرة.
بدأ العلَّامة في هذه الرِّسالة ببيانِ جُملة من المقدِّمات من أُصول الفقه، وانتقل إلى ذِكر الأصول الخمسة العقديَّة، وبعض المسائل الفقهيَّة، وفي نهاية الرسالة خصَّص فصلينِ موجَزين في التَّرغيب إلى الأعمال العباديَّة، والأخلاقيَّة، والتحذير من ارتكاب المنكراتِ، فالرِّسالة تشملُ جملةً من العلوم كأُصول الفِقه، وعلم الكلام، والفقه، والأخلاق.
وبحسب اطِّلاعي لم أجد تعريفًا أو دراسةٌ شاملة عنِ الرِّسالة السَّعديَّة؛ فجاء هذا البحْث كاشفًا عن بعضِ الخصائصِ التي تمتازُ بها هذهِ الرِّسالة مِن غيرِها، مِن ناحيتَي الأُسلوب، والمضمون.

This research is a study of the book (Ar-Risala As-Saedia) in terms of style and content, which is one of Al-Allama Al-Hillis Encyclopedic short books(648-726 AH).
In this Ar-Risala, Al-Allama had started with clarifing a number of introductions from the principles of jurisprudence, and mention the five doctrinal principles, and some other doctrinal issues, and at the end of the book. He Allocate two small chapters in enticement to devotional and moral acts and warn against committing Evils, In light of this, the book includes a range of sciences such as the principles of jurisprudence, theology, jurisprudence, and ethics.
