يمثِّل هذا البحث معلَمًا من معالم الحِجاجِ التفسيريّ عند السيِّد عليٍّ ابنِ طاووس الحِلِّيّ (ت 664هـ)، ولموسوعيَّة ابن طاووس بلحاظ العلوم المتنوِّعة التي صنَّفَ فيها، والمعارف التي اشتغل عليها، فإنَّه يبرزُ على السَّطح المعرفيّ لديه- في تعاملهِ مع النصوص القُرْآنيَّة، والتراث الإسلاميّ المتنوّع- الطابعُ الحِجاجيُّ، والأسلوبُ الجَدَليُّ؛ لتقريبِ الصورِ الذهنيَّةِ، وإقرارِ الحقائقِ في أذهانِ المتلقِّينَ.
وفي ظلِّ قراءة المتن الطاووسيّ (سعد السعود) تبدَّت جملة من المطالب تعدُّ أقسامًا للحجاجات التفسيريَّة عند السيَّد ابن طاووس، وهي: الحِجاجُ العقليّ والحجاج البيانيّ وحجَّةُ المُقارنَة والحِجاج التمثيليّ والتعدُّد الحِجاجيّ، وتوصَّل البحث إلى جملة من النتائج مآلها في نهاية البحث.

This research represents a landmark of the interpretive protest of Sayyid Ali Ibn Tawoos Al-Hilli (d. 664 AH), as well as the encyclopedia of Ibn Tawoos's work as indicated by the various sciences in which he classified, and the knowledge that he worked on, His protest character is evident in his dealings with the Qur’anic texts, the diverse Islamic heritage, and the dialectical style is evident on the cognitive surface. To approximate mental images, and confirm facts in the minds of the recipients.
In light of reading Ibn Tawoos's book (Saad Al-Saud), a number of demands emerged that are sections for the explanatory arguments of Sayyid Ibn Tawoos, which are: mental protest, graphic protest, comparison argument, representative protest, and pluralism of protest, and the research reached a set of results that ended at the end of the research.
