درس هذا البحث النبوغ الفكريّ والأثر العلميّ لأحد أبرز علماء مدينة الحِلَّة، ألَا وهو الشيخ فخر المحقِّقين، فلو نظرنا إلى حياته لوجدناها فاعلة بالعطاء العلميِّ المتميِّز، وقد وردت سيرته بالتفصيل في كتب التراث الإسلاميّ، ولم يبقَ منها ما يستحقُّ الوقوف عليه، إلَّا محورَيَن مهمَّين ، أوَّلهما النبوغ الفكريّ المبكِّر المتمثِّل بنيله درجة الاجتهاد وهو في مقتبل العمر، وقد تمَّ تفصيل البحث فيه من خلال توضيح معنى النبوغ، ومفهوم الاجتهاد، وما يتعلَّق بالموضوع، من خلال مباحث في العلوم النفسيَّة والتربويَّة، أمَّا المحور الثاني فهو الأثر العلميّ الذي تركه فخر المحقِّقين، المتمثِّل بالمؤلَّفات والمباحث، التي أصبحت مصادرًا مهمَّة للباحثين والعلماء بعده حتَّى عصرنا هذا، وتمَّ إدراج بعض أسماء العلماء وأهمِّ مؤلَّفاتهم، التي وردت فيها آراء فخر المحقِّقين الحِلِّيّ عِبر السنوات والقرون حتَّى عصرنا الحاضر.

This research studied the intellectual genius and the scientific impact of one of the most prominent scholars in the city of Hilla, namely Sheikh Fakhr Al-Muhaqiqin, If we look at his life, we would find it active with distinguished scientific benevolence, and his biography was mentioned in detail in the books of Islamic heritage, and there is nothing left of it that deserves standing on it except for two important axes, the first of which is the early intellectual brilliance represented by attaining the degree of ijtihad when he was in the prime of his life.
The research has been detailed by clarifying the meaning of genius, the concept of diligence, and what is related to the subject through research in psychological and educational sciences.
As for the second topic, it is the scientific impact left by Fakhr Al-Muhaqqaqiq, which is represented by the literature and research, which became important sources for researchers and scholars after him until our time.
