تناولت في هذا البحث القضايا عند العلَّامة الحِلِّيّ (القضيَّة الحمليَّة أنموذجًا)، ينقسم البحث إلى مقدِّمة وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة، احتوت المقدِّمة على تفصيلات البحث وسبب اختيار الموضوع وأهميَّته، وتضمَّن المبحث الأوَّل تعريفًا بعلم المنطق وبيان أهميَّته بالنسبة للعلوم الإسلاميَّة الأخرى، فضلًا عن توضيح اتِّفاق العلَّامة الحِلِّيّ مع السابقين في تعريف المنطق، أمَّا المبحث الثاني فقد خُصِّص لبيان الحكم والقضيَّة وأوجه التشابه والاختلاف بينهما، وصولًا للقضايا الحمليَّة وبيان عناصرها التي كانت موضوعًا للمبحث الثالث، وتعريف كلِّ واحدٍ منها، ثمَّ تحدَّثنا في المبحث الرابع عن أقسام القضيَّة الحمليَّة وبيان ما فيها من إضافة العلَّامة الحِلِّيّ للقضيَّة الخامسة، أمَّا الخاتمة فقد تضمَّنت أهمَّ النتائج التي توصَّلنا إليها في البحث، تلا ذلك قائمة بالمصادر والمراجع لبنستخدمة في البحث.

In this research, I dealt with the Propositions Study of Al-Alamah Al-Hilli (The Categorical Proposition as an example, as the research divided into an introduction, four topics and a conclusion. The introduction included the details of the research and the reason for choosing the topic and its importance. As for the first topic, it included the definition of the science of logic and its importance in relation to other Islamic sciences, in addition to clarifying the agreement Al-Alamah Al-Hilli with the former in defining logic. As for the second topic, it was devoted to explaining Judgment and Proposition and the similarities and differences between them. As for the third topic, we study the Categorical Propositions and explain their elements, and define each one of them. The fourth topic was devoted to the sections of Categorical Propositions and to clarify the addition of Al-Alamah Al-Hilli to the fifth Proposition. As for the conclusion, it included the most important findings that we reached in the research, ending with the list of sources and references.
