The Final Issue of Denying the Attribution of the Book (Al-Masra`a Al-Shin) to Radhi Al-Din (Ibn Tawus 664 A.H)
التراث الحلِّيّ بوصفه جزءًا مهمٍّا من التراث الإسلاميّ عمومًا، والشيعيّ خصوصًا، قد حظيَ بآثار فكريَّة مشرقة، وكنوز معرفيَّة متلألئة، تمثَّلت بذخائر المصنَّفات، ونفائس المؤلَّفات، التي خطَّتها أنامل كبار علماء الدين، وأعاظم فقهاء المسلمين، من أعلام هذه المدينة المعطاء، وفي مختلف فنون العلم، وصنوف المعرفة، ولضخامة هذا الموروث العلميّ الكبير، وسعة آفاقه العلميَّة، لم يكن ليخلو من وقوع الخلط والخبط في أسماء بعض الكتب والمصنَّفات، وفي صحَّة نسبتها إلى مؤلِّفيها، وضبط وإتقان عنواناتها، بالشكل الذي يزيح شائبة هذا الأمر، ويدرأ عنه خطر الوقوع في السهو والاشتباه، ومن نماذج ذلك، الكتاب الموسوم بـ(المصرع الشَّين في قتل الحسين) المنسوب خطأ إلى السيِّد رضيّ الدين عليّ بن موسى ابن طاووس (ت 664هـ)، الذي سنحاول في بحثنا هذا بيان مدى صحَّة نسبة هذا الكتاب إليه، أو نفيه عنه.
The Hillian heritage is an important part of the Islamic heritage in general, and the Shiite heritage in particular, and it has had bright intellectual effects, and glittering treasures of knowledge, exemplified by the relics of the works and the treasures of books, which were drawn up by the hands of the great religious scholars and the greatest Muslim jurists, scholars of this generous city, And in the various arts of science, the classes of knowledge and the enormity of this great scientific legacy and the broadness of its scientific horizons, it was not without the occurrence of error and confusion in the names of some books and works, and the correctness of attributing them to their authors, and controlling and perfecting their titles, in a way that removes the impurity of this matter, and avoids danger Falling into forgetfulness and suspicion, Among the examples of this is the book marked (Al-Masra`a Al-Shin fi Qatl Al-Hosain) erroneously attributed to Sayed Radhi Al-Din Ali bin Musa Ibn Tawus (D. 664 AH),What we will try in this research to show the validity of attributing this book to him, or denying it
